sinkers work, added a bird

most importantly i made the sinkers actually work. i added some birds. i added some buttons to the web version so you can play on mobile. 

note the buttons on the web version are NOT the same as the mobile version. they are just temporary for the web version. and i will likely make them toggleable so the web players can turn them on and off if they wish.
